Two Players Chop the Bubble

Level 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

There were multiple all-ins on the money bubble and that led to multiple eliminations as well. At one table, Jason Bardol was all in and holding {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts} but ran into the {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds} of Jason Pepper. The flop came {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and Bardol was left drawing to runner-runner outs. The {4-Spades} on the turn ended things and Bardol became the first casualty.

At another table, Ryan Side was all in on the flop of {j-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{3-Spades} and was called by John Bednarczyk. Side tabled {5-Spades}{3-Hearts} and Bednarczyk held a flush draw with {9-Spades}{8-Spades}. The turn was the {9-Hearts} giving Bednarczyk more outs and the {8-Clubs} on the river gave him a larger two pair.

Bardol and Side were both eliminated on the bubble and will split the min-cash of $837 between them. The eliminations are expected to come fast and furiously now that everyone has reached the money.
