Picking up the action on a flop of {Q-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{6-Clubs}, Dieter Dechant was first to act. He checked to Mike Majerus who put out a bet before Dechant moved all in over the top with a covering stack. Majerus called.

"All right, I'll pay you off," Majerus said.

Majerus: {J-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Dechant: {A-Hearts}{4-Hearts}

Dechant was live with a flush draw as well as an ace, while Majerus had a pair of jacks that were currently in the lead.

"Keep 'em black," Majerus said.

The turn wasn't black but it was safe when the {5-Diamonds} came, and the river was the {7-Clubs} which was safe as well. That allowed Majerus to double-up back to around the starting stack while Dechant also dropped back to a starting stack.

We mentioned how Dechant won his first bracelet last year. In 2002, Majerus won Event #2: $2,000 Limit Hold'em for $407,120, topping a field of 610 players for his first and only bracelet.
