The action folded to Martin Jacobson in the small blind and he raised to 2.8 million. Felix Stephensen called from the big blind as the flop fell 
and Jacobson checked.
Stephensen bet out 2.5 million and Jacobson called as the 
landed on the turn and Jacobson checked again.
Stephensen checked also as the 
completed the board on the river. Jacobson checked and Stephensen bet out 4.5 million with Jacobson eventually finding a fold while slipping below 42 million as Stephensen climbed over 45 million.
