Haugen Doubles Again

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante
Matthew Haugen
Matthew Haugen

Matthew Haugen, the start-of-day chip leader, was knocked all the way down to 130,000 in chips, but has since made a comeback to 775,000 thanks to another double up. This time Martin Jacobson was the player doubling up Haugen.

After Jacobson raised to 85,000 from the hijack seat, Haugen moved all in from the cutoff seat for 335,000. Play folded back to Jacobson, and he called with the {4-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}. Haugen had the {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}.

The flop, turn, and river ran out {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds} to give Haugen a full house.
