Freerolling Remond Lee

Level 8 : 400/800, 100 ante

Hailing from the United Kingdom, Redmond Lee, an online cash game player who goes by “LOLUFOLD”, has had some decent tournament success. He finished in 21st place in the Main Event back in 2010 for $317,161.

Lee was involved in a three-way pot on a flop of {10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} and had bet 4,000. The player to his left called and another player moved all in for 12,000. Lee tanked before raising enough to cover the player to his left; he called.

Lee was on a flush draw with {q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}, the player to his left had two pair {10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} and the player who shoved had hit a set with {5-Spades}{5-Clubs}. Lee had a chance to knock two players out but the turn {q-Hearts} and river {k-Spades} didn’t bring his diamond. He did make a profit on the hand, though, from the other all-in player. He smiled as another player remarked on the hand, “Freeroll.”
