Callahan Keeps it Straight

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Jon Turner raised from the button to 2,600 after which the player in the small blind three-bet to 8,600. Mars Callahan called from the big blind and Turner quickly folded, after which he instantly went back to the Chinese poker action on his iPad.

The flop brought out {2-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and both players checked. On the turn the {3-Spades} hit and the small blind bet 10,000, Callahan called.

The river was the {K-Spades} and the small blind bet 25,000. Callahan moved all in immediately and his opponent snap-called.

The small blind turned over {6-Spades}{6-Clubs} for a set of sixes but the Hollywood actor showed {4-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for a straight to take down this pot.
