Table 2 Hands #23-25: Mahin Shoves

Level 31 : 80,000/160,000, 20,000 ante

Hand #23: Scott Mahin opened to 350,000 and William Pappaconstantinou three-bet next to act to 800,000. The action folded back to Mahin, and he made the call to see a {10-Spades}{8-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} flop.

Mahin then open-jammed for 1,165,000 and Pappaconstantinou went into the tank for several minutes before eventually folding his hand.

Hand #24: From the cutoff, Luis Velador opened to 375,000 and Dan Smith made the call. The flop came {3-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{K-Clubs}. Smith checked and Velador bet out 425,000 which prompted a fold from Smith.

Hand #25: Dan Smith limped in from the small blind, Scott Palmer checked his option, and the flop came {K-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Spades}. Smith led out with a bet of 175,000, and that was enough to prompt a fold from Palmer.
