Laak Saving Some For a Rainy Day

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante
Phil Laak
Phil Laak

Phil Laak limped in pre-flop and called a raise from Marko Neumann and the two would see a flop of {8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}. Laak checked and Neumann put out a bet of 26,000. Laak thought for a moment and then tossed a T5,000 chip to his neighbor, asking him to break it down to five T1,000 chips. He then carefully put together a bet of 139,000, leaving himself 1,500 behind and pushed forward the majority of his stack.

Neumann thought for a few moments and let his hand go and Laak took down the pot and moved to 225,000 in the process.
