Matthew Lapossie - 7th place
Matthew Lapossie - 7th place

Hand #83: Igor Dubinskyy opened for 250,000, Jack Duong moved all in for 970,000 and Brandon Eisen called. Dubinskyy folded and Duong and Eisen would turn over the same hands, {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts} for Duong and {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} for Eisen. There were no miracle flushes and the two split up the blinds, antes, and Dubinskyy's initial raise.

Hand #84: Matthew Lapossie was down to just a little more than five big blinds and he would move all in first to act from the cutoff for 640,000. The chip leader, Brandon Eisen, called and the two were heads-up to the flop with the following hands:

Lapossie: {4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}
Eisen: {A-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}

Eisen would surge into the lead on the {A-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop and the {7-Hearts} only improved his hand. Lapossie needed a four to stay alive, but the river was the {K-Diamonds} and he was eliminated in seventh place for $89,020.
