Secondary Table Hands 62-65: Small Win For Ivey

Level 16 : 100,000/200,000, 30,000 ante

Hand #62: Gabe Kaplan limped under the gun and it folded around to Brandon Steven who completed his small blind. Rick Salomon checked his big blind and the flop came down {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}. Steven checked, Salomon fired 375,000, and both of his opponents folded.

Hand #63: Tom Hall opened to 500,000 from the cutoff and took it down preflop.

Hand #64: Hall limped from middle position and Brandon Steven did the same from the button. Kaplan checked his big blind and the trio saw {9-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{7-Clubs} hit the felt. There were two checks to Steve who shot out 340,000. Just like that his opponents folded and he won the pot.

Hand #65: Tom Hall made it 475,000 before the flop and Phil Ivey called from the big blind. The flop came {3-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts} and Ivey checked. Hall checked it back and the {K-Diamonds} hit the turn. The two checked once more, allowing the {10-Spades} to finish the board. Ivey bet 625,000 and Hall quickly released his hand.
