As we strolled through the tournament area, we noticed Garry Gates' seat empty.
Speaking to tablemate Matt Vengrin, he informed us that Gates three-bet shoved his last 17,000 into the middle and was called by two players; one of which was the original raiser.
The flop fell 
with two clubs and the flat caller bet out 40,000 to force the original raiser out.
