Eighty-Seven for Rheem

Level 2 : 300/500, 0 ante

Chino Rheem opened with a raise only to have Shawn Buchanan make it three bets from the button. The blinds folded and Rheem called, taking two at the draw. Buchanan, on the other hand, took one. Rheem check-called a bet from Buchanan on the next betting round and each player took one new card on the second draw.

They both checked and Rheem stood pat while Buchanan drew one card for a third time. Rheem checked again and Buchanan did the same, showing the {9-Clubs} for a nine-low. Rheem threw {8-}{7-}{5-}{4-}{2-} on the felt and his eighty-seven was enough to win the pot. Rheem now sits around 50,000 in chips.
