Hellmuth, Ho Chip Up

Level 12 : 100/100, 800 ante

A few hands after folding trips to a shove that would have had him all in for his tournament life, Phil Hellmuth made it 4,500 preflop.

One shorter opponent shoved with {j-Hearts}{j-Spades} and Hellmuth called holding {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}. The {a-Spades}{6-Spades}{10-Spades} flop gave Hellmuth the lead and although they both made flushes on the {4-Spades}{7-Spades} run out, Hellmuth's was bigger.

Meanwhile, one table over, it appears Maria Ho has won every hand in her new seat. She just felted another shorty and is climbing the leaderboard fast.
