Big Field Expected For Today's $1,000 No-Limit Hold'em
Today the 2014 World Series of Poker will continue with Event #45: $1,000 No-Limit Hold’em. We expect a big turnout for the fifth installment of the WSOP’s lowest buy-in for an open tournament.
The defending champion is Nobert Szecsi who defeated over 2,000 other entrants to take home $345,037 and the gold bracelet.
There are sure to be a lot of folks “taking their shot” here today as we start the journey toward our next WSOP winner. We will also keep our eyes peeled for pros and notables that are hunting for their next big score and a bracelet.
The plan for today is to play 11 one-hour levels. Cards will be in the air at noon local time. Join us then as we bring you all the early action from Event #45: $1,000 No-Limit Hold'em.
