Straight for Mizzi

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Richard Ashby limped under the gun and Sorel Mizzi made it 21,000 from the button with Mike Watson defending his big blind. Ashby mucked and the dealer fanned a {7-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop with Watson checking.

Mizzi continued for 31,000 and Watson made the call before both players checked down the {A-Spades} and {K-Diamonds} on the turn and river.

Mizzi tabled his {K-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for a straight and scooped the pot to move to nearly 300,000.
