Early Bust Out

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

On the first hand of the day at Table 439, one of our chip leaders, Alan Clunie, opened to 3,600 from early position and Jake Schwartz made the call from the small blind. The big blind shoved all in, Clunie quickly got out of the way, and Schwartz snap-called with {a-}{q-} versus the {5-}{5-} of the player in the big blind who was at risk.

Schwartz didn't have to wait long to leap ahead as the flop came down {q-Spades}{2-Hearts}{7-}. The board ran out {9-Spades}, then {9-Diamonds}, and we've lost one early.
