Ruberto Flops It, Shak Turns It

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 0 ante
Dan Shak Doubles Back.
Dan Shak Doubles Back.

Dan Shak just doubled through start-of-day chip leader Tony Ruberto.

Shak made it 4,000 to go and Ruberto bumped it to 15,000 from the small blind. After the {k-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{2-Spades} flop Ruberto led with a bet, then Shak pushed all in for around 30,000. Ruberto called having flopped top-top with {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}, and Shak would need a club showing {a-Clubs}{6-Clubs}.

He wouldn't wait long as the {10-Clubs} turn made him the nut flush and the {2-Clubs} river served only to rub it in.
