Reslock Stays Alive

Level 17 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

Stud Hi-Low

Vanessa Selbst brought it in with the {2-Hearts} showing and a short-stacked Chris Reslock moved in for 2,500 total. Erik Seidel then raised to 6,500, Jan Erik Sorensen called, and Selbst got out of the way. Seidel and Sorensen both checked fourth, and then the latter folded to a bet of 8,000 from the former on fifth.

Reslock: {5-Clubs}{4-Spades} / {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{9-Clubs}{j-Hearts} / {4-Diamonds}
Seidel: {4-Hearts}{3-Clubs} / {4-Clubs}{5-Spades}{a-Clubs}{10-Clubs} / {9-Hearts}
Sorensen: {x-}{x-} / {3-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{10-Spades} fold

Seidel had a lot of outs headed to seventh, but he blanked. That allowed Reslock to increase his stack with queens and fours.
