Hand #39: Jeremy Kottler moved all in for exactly 400,000 on the button, and took down the blinds and antes.
Hand #40: Kevin Eyster raised to 80,000 in the hijack, Kottler moved all in for 485,000 from the cutoff, and the action folded back to Eyster, who folded as well.
