Simon “Aces” Trumper was getting short and open shoved from the button into the big blind, who he described as the tightest player on the table. The player in the big blind duly called with {k-Hearts}{k-Spades} and Trumper had been caught making a move with {j-Clubs}{7-Spades}.

There was to be no salvation on the final board of {8-Hearts}{q-Spades}{10-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{5-Hearts}.

This was Trumper’s first event of the series and his first cash. He confirmed to PokerNews that he plans to play 10 events so we doubt that’s the last we’ll see of him,
