How'd Hoivold Get Ahold of Those Chips?

Level 13 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

With 34,000 in the pot and a flop of {8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{2-Spades}, Andreas Hoivold checked from late position and then called when Brandon Cantu bet 5,000. Both players then checked the {2-Hearts} turn and the {A-Diamonds} completed the board on the river. Hoivold checked for a third time and Cantu fired out a big bet of 40,000.

Hoivold called and tabled the {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs} for a rivered pair of aces, and it was good as Cantu instantly mucked.
