Cassidy Doubles Through Elias

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 1,000 ante

Abe Mosseri raised to 9,000 from the cutoff and it folded over to Darren Elias who three-bet to 27,000 from the small blind. Joe Cassidy went into the tank in the big blind and after about 45 seconds announced that he was all in over the top for 75,000. Mosseri folded and Elias shoved forward a call.

Elias stood pat and Cassidy quickly pat behind. Elias fanned {9-}{8-}{7-}{4-}{3-} but was ultimately no match for Cassidy's {7-}{6-}{5-}{4-}{2-} for number two. Cassidy was pushed the pot and double to about 165,000 in chips. Elias' stack has dropped to 190,000.
