Cao Eliminated by Griffin

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 600 ante

Paul Volpe made it 5,500 to go from the cutoff and Ashton Griffin flatted from the button. Rui Cao three-bet shipped all in for about 30,000 from the small blind and it folded back to Volpe who kicked it in as well. Griffin called and each player took one new card at the draw.

Griffin: {9-}{8-}{5-}{2-}
Cao: {10-}{7-}{5-}{3-}

Griffin squeezed his card out first, revealing the {K-Clubs} for a king low. Cao tabled the {3-Clubs}, pairing his trey and giving him the second best hand. Cao was eliminated and Griffin jumped into the chip lead with about 270,000 in chips.
