Reparejo Triples Up

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

Marcin Sobczak opened for 17,000 and the player on his left, Roland Reparejo, moved all in for 21,500. The action folded around to Cameron Tullis in the big blind and made the call. Sobczak also committed the extra chips for a call and a side pot for Reparejo was pulled to the side.

Sobczak and Tullis checked down to the river on a board reading {8-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}. Sobczak announced “ace high.” Tullis flipped over {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} but Reparejo showed {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades} for the straight to stay alive.
