Steve Gee Doubles Through Chris Lindh

Level 29 : 50,000/100,000, 10,000 ante
Steve Gee
Steve Gee

Chris Lindh raised to 200,000 from early position, and Steve Gee called from the cutoff. Jay Farber called from the big blind as well, and the players saw the flop three-handed. The dealer spread {3-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}, and Farber checked. Lindh continued for 325,000, and only Gee called. The turn was the {6-Diamonds}, and Lindh pushed all in. He had Gee covered, so his effective bet was about 2,400,000. Gee tanked for a couple minutes, then pushed out a stack of chips to signify a call. He turned over {a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}, and Lindh showed {10-Clubs}{9-Spades}. Both players had top pair, but Gee had Lindh outkicked. The river was the {9-Clubs}. Gee won the pot and doubled up on the hand.
