Queens for Castelluccio

Level 27 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Vitaly Lunkin raised to 135,000 from the hijack position, then Sergio Castelluccio reraised to 300,000 from one seat over and the table folded back around. Lunkin called the reraise, and the pair saw the flop come {3-Spades}{K-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}.

Both checked, then the {K-Hearts} fell on fourth street, earning another check from Lunkin. Castelluccio bet 285,000 this time, then Lunkin check-raised to 660,000. Castelluccio tanked for some time, then called.

The river brought the {5-Diamonds} and checks from both players. Lunkin tabled {8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} for eights and kings, but Castelluccio had {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} for a better two pair and won the pot.

Castelluccio now has over 7.5 million while Lunkin slips back to right at 1 million — exactly where he started the day.
