Three Outs to Chop, Two to Win, No Problem

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Justas Vaiciulionis open-shoved for 54,000 from late position, and the action folded to Marc Emond, who called in the big blind.

Vaiciulionis: {q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Emond: {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}

Vaiciulionis was in rough shape, and didn't improve on the {3-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} flop. The {5-Diamonds} on the turn gave him three outs to chop, but it also took away one of his scoop outs, the {q-Diamonds}.

The river was indeed a red queen, but the {q-Hearts} spiked onto the felt, giving him a full double. Emond fell to 80,000 chips.
