Kaplan Jack'd Up the Leader Board

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Jon Turner opened under the gun to 8,500 only to have Jaime Kaplan three-bet to 25,000 next to act. The action folded to the small blind and he four-bet to 50,000 to push Turner out before Kaplan came along to see a {7-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} flop fall.

The small blind led for 50,000 only to have Kaplan raise to 120,000. The small blind pushed all in and Kaplan immediately called for his 382,500-chip stack.

Kaplan: {J-Hearts}{J-Clubs}
Small Blind: {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}

With Kaplan holding a strong advantage, the turn of the {Q-Hearts} and river of the {4-Diamonds} was enough to ensure him the double up to 880,000 in chips; which would be good for second place on the current chip leader board.
