Enright Calls It A Day

Level 6 : 250/500, 50 ante

As we approached the table we noticed an 18,000 pot, and a middle position position player check-called a 6,000 bet from Barbara Enright on the turn with the board showing {3-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{2-Spades}.

The middle position player then moved all in for 18,200 on the {6-Diamonds} turn. Enright made the call and mucked her hand after her opponent showed {8-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for trip sixes and left Enright extremely short.

Following that hand, Enright moved all in from the cutoff for her final 2,300 and the small blind called.

Enright: {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Opponent: {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts}

The board ran out {6-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{10-Spades}{2-Clubs} and the queens held to dash the hopes of a second Main Event final table for Enright.
