Rutter Loses The Minimum

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

During another round of the tournament area, British pro Stuart Rutter told us about a hand he was involved in that could have seen lesser players lose plenty more chips than he did.

Rutter held {A-}{Q-} and found himself in a three-bet pot on a {Q-}{Q-}{7-} flop. Normally, this would be a great position to find yourself in, but not when your opponent has {7-}{7-} in his hand! The player who had flopped a full house check-called the flop and turn before leading on the river.

Rutter still has 54,000 so is definitely not in trouble.
