Bonyadi Rivered

Level 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

Following an early position raise to 525, Farzad Bonyadi called to see a {A-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} flop spread. Both players checked, and when the {7-Clubs} landed on the turn Bonyadi bet out 775 after it was checked to him.

The preflop raiser called and then checked the {K-Clubs} on the river as Bonyadi tossed in 1,600.

"Call!" bellowed Bonyadi's opponent instantly as the 1,600-chip bet touched the felt.

Bonyadi sat there not moving as his opponent stated call once again.

Bonyadi finally looked up and the dealer confirmed it was a call.

"You have to put chips into the middle. I can't hear you. I'm listening to music. Next time put chips in, that's how you do it!" added Bonyadi as he tabled his {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}.

His opponent tabled his {K-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} for a rivered two pair and apologized to Bonyadi.
