Harwood Rides Roller Coaster to Double

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Loni Harwood raised it up to 20,000 in the cutoff, and Ryan Hughes three bet to 55,000 on the button. It got back to Harwood, and she hardly took anytime to move all in for her last 175,000. Hughes thought for about 20 seconds before making the call.

Harwood: {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}
Hughes: {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}

Harwood was in great shape to double up, but the {10-Hearts} popped right into the window on a flop that completed {k-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}. Harwood was now looking for a jack or a queen to win, and the {a-Spades} on the turn gave her another king as an out as well. The river was the {q-Clubs}, and Harwood hardly flinched as she started counting up her chips.

After the hand, Harwood doubled up to 380,000, while Hughes dropped to 285,000.
