Olivier Busquet: "What the F*ck?"
We picked up the action on a flop as Olivier Busquet bet out 800 in, what appeared to be, a pot worth 1,650 already. Busquet was acting out of the big blind and his opponent was seated on the button. Busquet received a call and the came on the turn. Both players decided to check and the fell on the river. Busquet checked to his opponent who bet 1,600. Busquet was zoned out and was looking straight ahead, almost like he wasn't totally there. Then all of the sudden he reached for chips and made it 5,600 to go. His opponent wasn't impressed it seemed and within fifteen seconds he had pushed all in.
"What the F*ck?" asked Busquet quietly but with a sincere voice. Busquet didn't ask for a count but it didn't appear to be much more than the 5,600 Busquet had already in there. Eventually we counted 9,700 total, so just 4,100 more. Busquet thought about it for about half a minute, before tossing in some green 25 chips to indicate the call.
"Good call" said the player on the button who showed . Busquet tabled for a rivered straight and grabbed the valuable chips and started stacking them.
