Ashton Now Drops Two in O8

Level 22

Omaha-8

Hand #51: Don Nguyen raised from under the gun, Matthew Ashton called from the big blind, and the flop fell {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}. Ashton check-called a bet, then check-called another when the {k-Spades} turned. The {8-Hearts} completed the board, Ashton check-called one last bet, then mucked when Nguyen showed {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{6-Spades} for aces up and a low.

Hand #52: David Benyamine raised on the button, Ashton made it three bets out of the small blind, and Benyamine called. Ashton led out on the flop ({k-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{j-Hearts}) and the turn ({2-Clubs}), then slowed down, checking on the river ({k-Clubs}). Benyamine bet, Ashton called, and Benyamine won with {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Diamonds} for trip kings.
