Duval Takes From Hall

Level 3 : 200/400, 50 ante

Just before the break, both Galen Hall and Jason Duval were involved in a big pot.

It started with Hall opening to 900 from the cut-off, before Duval raised it up to 2,500. Hall made the call, as both players saw the flop come down {6-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{6-Clubs}. Hall checked, before Duval threw in a continuation bet of 2,200, which was called. The {5-Spades} fell on the turn, as Hall check called another bet of 5,300 in chips. The river produced the {j-Spades}, and Hall checked for the final time, as Duval didn’t slow down, placing in another 12,200. Hall thought about his decision for over a minute, before making the call, as Duval tabled his {a-Spades}{A-Hearts}. Hall then showed his {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}, as he quickly walked off on his break.
