Ivey Loses One, Ivey Wins One

Level 10 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Phil Ivey: {x-}{x-} / {j-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{9-Clubs} / {x-}
Randy Sim: {x-}{x-} / {3-Spades}{5-Spades}{q-Spades}{2-Diamonds} / {x-}
Brian Twete: {x-}{x-} / {a-Spades}{8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} / {x-}

Twete completed, and both Ivey and Sim made the call. Ivey made a better board on fourth, opting to check, and Sim bet. Both Twete and Ivey called. Ivey and Sim both knuckled on fifth, Twete bet, and both Ivey and Sim called. Twete led out on sixth when he made a pair of aces, only Sim called, and the two remaining players checked on seventh.

Twete showed {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}{10-Hearts} for aces up, and Sim tabled {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs} for a made low.

The next hand, Chris Bjorin brought it in with the {2-Clubs}, Ivey completed with a {6-Spades}, and Bjorin called. Ivey fired out bets on fourth and fifth as he received the {a-Hearts} and the {4-Diamonds}, and Bjorin called the first with the {7-Clubs}, then folded to the second with the {9-Diamonds}.
