Froehlich Spars with Schreiber

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Matt Schreiber raised preflop, and the only caller was Eric Froehlich in the big blind. The flop came {2-Spades}{k-Clubs}{6-Spades}, and Schreiber check-called Froehlich's bet. Both players checked the {q-Diamonds} on the turn, and then Schreiber bet out when the {4-Diamonds} fell on the river. Froehlich called, and Schreiber tabled {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts} for a flopped set. Froehlich mucked, and Schreiber took the pot.

On the very next hand, Froehlich raised from late position, and Schreiber re-raised from the big blind. Froehlich re-raised all in, Schreiber called, and the players turned their cards face up:

Froehlich: {q-Spades}{10-Spades}
Schreiber: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}

The board ran out {10-Hearts}{3-Spades}{a-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}, and Froehlich's pair of tens won the pot. After the series of hands, Froehlich had 18,000 in chips, and Schreiber held 102000.
