Case & Chidwick First In-the-Money Casualties

Level 16 : 3,000/6,000, 700 ante

Jerry Case: {j-}{8-} / {6-}{10-}{a-}{a-} / {k-}
Thomas Butzhammer: {x-}{x-} / {3-}{10-}{j-} / Fold
Adam Szalay: {2-}{5-} / {3-}{A-}{4-}{4-} / {8-}

A short-stacked Jerry Case completed with his stack of 1,800 and Thomas Butzhammer called. Adam Szalay then raised to 4,300, Butzhammer called and there were two active players headed to fourth street. Butzhammer called a bet on fourth but then folded to one on fifth. It was a good thing he did as Szalay rolled over a wheel in his first five cards, which had Case drawing dead. Case became the first in-the-money casualty and will take home $4,759 for his efforts.

Meanwhile, Stephen Chidwick was eliminated by Tommy Chen in 31st place.
