2013 World Series of Poker
From the cutoff seat, Kyle Bowker raised to 1,300. Team PokerStars Pro and winner of the inaugural World Series of Poker Asia-Pacific Main Event Daniel Negreanu made the call on the button, and everyone else folded.
The flop came down , and Bowker checked. Negreanu bet 1,600, and Bowker folded.
"You b**tard!" yelled Negreanu to Bowker with a big smile on his face. Negreanu then showed the for trip deuces. "Where the hell did you go!?!?" he joked a bit more while collecting his chips.

Vanessa Selbst | Busted | |
Gavin Smith has had a little bit to drink tonight, and in true Gavin Smith fashion, is really livening up the tournament area. He just now sat down at a new table next to Mark Herm. Herm was telling a story of a hand in which Vanessa Selbst busted where he used the phrase, "Showered Vanessa."
"What does that mean when you say 'Showered Vanessa?'" said Smith.
"Showered, like I busted her," responded Herm.
"Yeah, but showers, does it matter how or where? Does it change?" came back Smith.
"No, it means I sent her to the showers," finished Herm.
Smith is now yelling, "I showered you!" to anyone and everyone in the tournament, especially people he takes a pot off of.
We recently overheard Allen Bari, who is known for his outspoken reactions after losses, and a general willingness to speak his mind, discussing the legend that is Bob Dylan.
"Dylan's playing a concert," Bari told his tablemates. "But I don't think he's even that good live."
Leave it to Allen Bari to offer his own pointed critique of the greatest American songwriter, and the man who gave the world such hits as Knockin' on Heaven's Door and Like a Rolling Stone.
Bari then went on to shush the ever talkative Daniel Negreanu, who was recently moved to the next table over.
"Can you just talk to your own table," scolded Bari, in a tone that was only half-joking.
As they say, everybody's an expert.
We missed the action go down, but Eric "E-Fro" Froehlich recently took to Twitter to inform his followers about his aces being cracked.
Was on a mini little comeback and finally got aces. But his t9 made a straight and its back to short we goFollow @efropoker
Despite his swords failing to stay sharp on this hand, Froehlich still has a little below the average stack, and if he can find a way to gather those magic aces again, and get them to hold, he'll be right back in the mix before Day 1 comes to an end.

The players have made their way out of the tournament area for their last 20-minute break of the evening. The last two levels before bag-and-tag will resume shortly.
We saw Phil Galfond staring with focus across the table at a hoodie-clad Craig McCorkell, who already has three cashes at this year's WSOP (Events # 4, 17, & 28) too add to the gold bracelet he won last summer.
The board read and Galfond had checked to McCorkell, who fired away with a bet of 1,200. Galfond studied his opponent for a bit before throwing out the calling chips, and he checked before the hit the board. McCorkell continued his line and bet 2,700, and this time Galfond released his hand without hesitation.
