Hand #4: James Lee raised to 54,000. Masayuki Nagata called. The flop came {9-Clubs}{a-Spades}{j-Spades}, and Nagata checked. Lee bet 62,000. Nagata called. The turn came {4-Diamonds}, and Nagata checked once more. Lee checked behind, and they saw an {8-Diamonds} river. Nagata bet 125,000, and Lee folded.

Hand #5: Joe Cappuccio raised to 48,000, and Steve Bartlett called. Cappuccio bet 50,000 on the {5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} flop, and Bartlett raised to 121,000. Cappuccio folded.

The First Three

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Hand #1: Masayuki Nagata raised to 60,000 from early position and received calls from Majid Yahyaei and Joseph Cappuccio. The flop came down {5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and all three players checked. The turn was the {4-Spades} and they all checked once again. The river brought the {10-Diamonds} and Cappuccio led out for 80,000. Nagata folded and Yahyaei called, showing {Q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} for a pair of tens which was good to take down the pot.

Hand #2: Masayuki Nagata opened to 60,000 from early position and the entire table folded.

Hand #3: Jason Duval raised to 50,000 from under the gun and was called by Tommy Townsend from the small blind and Nagata from the big. The flop brought {6-Spades}{10-Clubs}{9-Hearts} and all three players tapped thet able. The {7-Spades} turned and after two checks, Duval led for 85,000. Everyone folded and Duval took it down.

Timothy Stickradt Eliminated in 10th Place ($30,122)

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Tim Stickradt - 10th Place.
Tim Stickradt - 10th Place.

Tim Stickradt opened for 80,000 from the cutoff, and James Lee put him all in from the big blind. Stickradt made the call.

Stickradt: {7-Clubs}{7-Spades}
Lee: {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}

Stickradt was dominated by Lee's tens, and nothing changed on the {2-Spades}{2-Clubs}{q-Clubs} flop. The turn came {4-Diamonds}, and Stickradt needed to spike a two-outer to survive. The river was a {k-Clubs} though, and Stickradt was the unfortunate victim of the final table bubble.

Cappuccio Doubles Again

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Joseph Cappuccio open-shipped all in from early position for 294,000 and it folded around to Daniel Bishop who called out of the big blind.

Cappuccio: {A-Clubs}{a-Hearts}
Bishop: {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}

Cappuccio was well ahead with his aces and continued his lead as the flop brought {4-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{8-Spades}. Fourth street was the {3-Hearts} and he only needed to dodge a nine heading to the river. The dealer produced the {K-Spades} as the final card and Cappuccio scored a double to around 636,000. Bishop, on the other hand, has been knocked down to about 260,000.

Yahyaei Picks Off a Bluff

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Tommy Townsend, in the big blind, called a raise from Majid Yahyaei in the cutoff. He check-called the flop and turn on a board of {5-Spades}{j-Hearts}{a-Spades}{2-Clubs}. He then fired out 250,000 on a {6-Diamonds} river. Yahyaei thought briefly before making the call.

Yahyaei: {a-Clubs}{4-Spades}
Townsend: {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

Townsend had bricked off his gutshot, and Yahyaei's top pair was good.

Cappuccio Doubles Through Lee

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Action came around to James Lee in the small blind and he completed. Joseph Cappuccio raised all in from the big blind and Lee debated to himself for a moment before calling.

Lee: {A-Spades}{2-Spades}
Cappuccio: {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}

Cappuccio was way out in the lead but had a true sweat afte rthe {7-Hearts}{10-Spades}{7-Spades} flop hit the felt. Lee was looking for an ace or a spade on the subsequent streets but ultimately did not find it on the turn ({8-Clubs}) or the river ({5-Clubs}). Cappuccio was able to double up and now has about 350,000 in chips.

Duval Doubles Agan

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Joe Cappuccio and Jason Duval got all in preflop, though we didn't catch the exact sequence of actions.

Duval: {9-}{9-}
Cappuccio: {a-}{j-}

Duval flopped a set on the {9-}{3-}{2-} flop, and he turned Cappuccio dead with another three. Cappuccio is now by far the shortest stack as we are one elimination away from the official final table.
