Koon Finds a Double

Level 11 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

With about 8,000 already in the pot, we found Jason Koon all in for 18,800 on a {3-Spades}{8-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop. Koon was patiently getting a massage while his opponent, Victor Shuchleis, pondered his action. Shuchleis eventually moved out a call and Koon quickly rolled over {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}. Shuchleis shook his head and showed {2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and was behind Koon's tens.

The turn brought the {4-Spades} and the river the {k-Diamonds}, ensuring that Koon would double to around 46,000 in chips. Shuchleis, on the other hand, has fallen to about 11,000.
