"Downtown" Demolished

Level 4 : 75/150, 0 ante

In the last hand of Level 3, Dennis Yares limped the cutoff and a short-stacked "Downtown" Chad Brown did the same from the small blind. The big checked his option and it was three-way action to the {9-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{k-Spades} flop.

Brown took the initiative and led out for 100, the big blind folded and Yares made the call. Brown then bet 200 on the {5-Clubs} turn, leaving himself a single green T25 chip behind, and Yares once again called. Brown's last chip went in on the {Q-Spades} river and Yares called with the {10-Spades}{2-Spades}{3-Spades}{10-Hearts} for a rivered flush.

Brown took one last look at his {6-Spades}{3-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}, wished the table luck and then exited the Braisilia Room.
