Mizrachi's Rivered Pair is Good

Level 12 : 800/1,600, 0 ante

Dan O'Brien opened his button to 3,200 and received a call from Robert Mizrachi in the big blind. The duo took in a flop that read {Q-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} and Mizrachi checked. O'Brien continued out for 2,400 and Mizrachi came over the top for 5,100 total. O'Brien called to see a turn.

The {6-Spades} came down on the turn and Mizrachi slowed down with a check. O'Brien checked it as well and the {7-Spades} finished the board. Mizrachi casually flung 3,000 onto the felt and O'Brien called. Mizrachi showed {A-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for a rivered pair of sevens to go with the queens and it was good as O'Brien mucked his cards. Mizrachi picked up the pot and now has about 68,000.
