Mosseri Doubles

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

Owais Ahmed: {x-}{x-} / {2-Spades}{7-Spades}{a-Hearts}{9-Clubs} / {x-}
Abe Mosseri: {x-}{x-} / {a-Spades}{4-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} / {x-}

Ahmed brought it in, Mosseri completed, and the rest of the players folded. Mosseri bet out on fourth, Ahmed called, and the two bet back and forth on fifth until Mosseri was all in for 7,100.

Ahmed: {a-Clubs}{3-Spades}
Mosseri: {8-Clubs}{2-Clubs}

Mosseri had a pair of eights and a low draw, and picked up a flush draw on sixth street. On seventh, Ahmed quickly turned up his down card - the {k-Spades} - and Mosseri flipped over the {7-Clubs}.

"I get everything," he said excitedly.

True enough, the {7-Clubs} was a gin card for Mosseri, giving him both a qualifying low and a flush. He dragged in the pot, doubling to 18,000 chips. Ahmed dropped to 40,500.
