Kerstetter Doubles Through Turner, Who Then Busts

Jon Turner- Busto
Jon Turner- Busto

Action started with an early position player raising it to 6,600. Two players called, including Jon "Pearljammer" Turner. It folded all the way around to Jamie Kerstetter in the small blind, and she shipped it all in for 46,500. The frist two players folded, but Turner made the call.

Kerstetter: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}
Turner: {4-Clubs}{4-Spades}

Any miracle that Turner could hope for went virtually out the door when the flop came {6-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{a-Hearts}. Turner would need runner runner to win, but the turn came the {10-Diamonds}. The meaningless river was the {j-Diamonds}, and Kerstetter secured the double up to 101,000.

A few hands later, Turner got it all in preflop with {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds} against the {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} of Chris Moorman. The flop was a disaster for Turner, coming {2-Hearts}{6-Spades}{2-Spades}. Turner was all but dead, and he was officially drawing dead when the {3-Hearts} hit the turn. The meaningless river was the {8-Clubs}, and Turner was sent packing, while Moorman jumped up to 73,000.
