Moorman Missteps

Chris Moorman has made a slight misstep to see his chip count dwindle to well under the day's starting stack. It all started when a middle-position player opened it up to 575. Moorman was on the player's direct left and raised it up with a very small three-bet to 1,000. The rest of the players at the table sent a flurry of cards into the muck from every direction and the dealer spread three cards along the felt.

Flop: {10-Spades}{8-Spades}{5-Clubs}

Both players opted to check the flop, prompting the dealer to flick over an {a-Diamonds}. This card would see Moorman's opponent again check, but this time Moorman would bet, throwing out 775. It was back on the other player and he quickly raised it up to 3,000. It didn't take long to scare Moorman away as he sent some chips away from his stack.
