A Few Hands With Kristy

Kristy Arnett has been right amongst it recently and we were right by her table to catch all the action. The first hand saw a middle-position Giorgio Medici open it up to 1,800. It was then back on Arnett and she three-bet shoved for 14,175. Medici opted to fold and Arnett took down the hand.

The very next hand and Arnett would open the pot to 1,300 from the cutoff. The player in the small blind then shoved all in for around 9,000 and Arnett decided to fold as her opponent tabled {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}.

A few hands later and Arnett would be at it again with Medici. It started when Medici opened it up to 2,500. Arnett again three-bet shoved, with her stack sitting a bit above 15,000. This time Medici would make the call and then immediately regret it as his {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts} would need some help against Arnett's {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}. The board ran out {j-Hearts}{10-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} and Arnett would take down the double-up to sit with a handy little stack.
