Hand #204: First Three-Way Pot Goes To Sylvia

Level 38 : 400,000/800,000, 100,000 ante
Jesse Sylvia
Jesse Sylvia

Greg Merson started this hand with the button and raised to 1.6 million. Jesse Sylvia called from the small blind, and Jake Balsiger called from the big blind to create the first three-handed flop of three-handed play.

The flop came down {A-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}, and action checked to Merson. He was the preflop raiser and fired 2.6 million as his cotinuation bet. Sylvia raised to 6.3 million, and Balsiger folded. Play fell back on Merson, but he folded, and Sylvia won the pot.
