Joseph's Mistake Pays Off

We heard the cry of all in and call from Table 365, so we went over to investigate. We saw that Timothy Joseph and his 29,000 chips were at risk preflop with {k-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}, and they were up against the {7-Clubs}{7-Spades} of Morten Ahrensbach. But we heard Joseph say "I didn't know that he raised." Joseph was in the small blind, and apparently he shoved all in thinking he just had the big blind to deal with. However, Ahrensbach had raised to 11,000 in middle position, and made the easy pot committed call with his sevens.

"What a dumb mistake" Joseph said to himself. However, it all worked out, as the board ran down {j-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{5-Spades}{4-Spades}. Joseph doubled to 65,000 as we approach the money bubble.
