Brunson Bows Out
Ten-time WSOP bracelet winner and two-time Main Event champion Doyle Brunson started today with an above average stack, adding to it early on before getting knocked back down to 60,000 at a time when the average had begun to rise above that mark. He would last until after the dinner break until finally being eliminated, becoming another of the many to go out here on Day 2c.
WSOP Media Director Nolan Dalla announced Brunson's exit, and the remaining players cheered in acknowledgement of one of poker's all-time greats.
